We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into company databases, maintaining records, and ensuring the integrity of information. Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in the system with high accuracy
Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data protection policies
Review data for errors, correct any inconsistencies, and ensure completeness
Generate reports and summaries as required
Manage digital and physical filing systems
Communicate with team members to ensure accurate and timely entry of data
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is an advantage
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel), Google Sheets, and data management tools
Good command of English (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
