Job description:
This role involves entering, updating, and verifying data to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Responsibilities include proactively verifying data through source documents, monitoring and updating existing data when required, and retrieving data from team members to finalize reports.
The position also ensures the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents, reviewing for errors, missing pages, or incomplete information, and resolving any discrepancies.
All transactions must be accurately posted in the accounting system database (QuickBooks).
Strong typing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems, and the ability to manage both paper documents and digital sources are essential.

With basic knowledge in Accounting
Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Willing to work in Mussafah
WORKING HOURS : 9HRS/DAY INCLUDING 1HOUR BREAKTIME 6DAYS/WEEK. WEEK OFF (FRIDAY)
