As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our database. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting data from various sources, verifying the accuracy of information, and updating records in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Enter and update data accurately into database systems
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist in generating reports as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy
