. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate employee data, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth running of HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update employee data into HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain digital and physical employee records and files in line with company policy.
Support payroll, attendance, and leave tracking by managing relevant records.
Assist in preparing HR reports, offer letters, contracts, and other documentation.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure timely data flow and accuracy.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure data consistency and compliance.
Help with recruitment documentation and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience in a Data Entry or HR Admin role
in the UAE.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
, data entry, and document handling.
Familiar with HR software/systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Zoho, or any ERP).
Good written and spoken
English
(Arabic is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
