Key Responsibilities:
Handle all government transactions related to visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other PRO activities.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on documents with government authorities such as the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Municipality, and other related departments.
Accurately input and update records in internal databases and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, and other company documents.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Communicate effectively with government officials, clients, and internal departments in both
Arabic and English
.
Generate and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
PRO or government relations
within the UAE.
Fluency in Arabic
(spoken and written) and good command of English.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, and municipality procedures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general computer literacy.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Arabic nationality preferred.
Previous experience in a bilingual office environment.
