Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our scaffolding company in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data related to scaffolding materials, project records, inventory, labor logs, and safety documentation in our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:



Accurately enter project-related data including materials, manpower hours, scaffolding structures, and site activities. Maintain up-to-date records of scaffolding inventory, deliveries, and returns. Manage documentation related to safety inspections, permits, and compliance reports. Prepare regular reports for management including scaffolding usage, stock levels, and project timelines. Cross-check data with field supervisors, warehouse teams, and project managers to ensure accuracy. File and organize physical and electronic documents in accordance with company procedures. Assist with administrative tasks as needed by the operations or site teams.

Qualifications & Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles; experience in the construction/scaffolding sector preferred. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with construction terminology, especially related to scaffolding, is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
