The Data Entry position accurately input, update, and maintain data in the company's database or system, ensuring the information is current, error-free, supporting department manager/head in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department employees to get accurate and timely data.
Enter accurate department related data into the database/ERP system.
Maintain digital and physical records on department work.
Maintain records that are in line with internal and external audit requirements, ensuring transparency and compliance with company policies.
Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with related logs, reports, and other sources.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the department management team.
Prepare charts, graphs, and summaries to provide insights into department efficiencies.
Assist the department manager/head with administrative tasks such as document preparation and record-keeping.
Provide updates on data trends and recommend actions to improve data accuracy and reporting processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
1 year of experience in data entry in a related field is a plus.
