We are looking for a Data Engineer - Payment Industry - freelance opportunity - mid seniority
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing and managing efficient and scalable data pipelines (ETL)
- Code review and debugging
Requirements:
- 3+ years of working experience
- Industry Knowledge: preferred previous experiences in the payment or banking industry
- IT Knowledge:
- Pyspark
- Airflow
- SQL
- Kubernetes
- Hive (Nice to Have)
- Language:
- English Fluent (Must have)
- Arabic (Nice to have)
- Location: Full remote from 9am-6pm GMT+4 (UAE time)
Additional Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Ability to work with code versioning systems and agile development practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems creatively
