Job Description
Role: Senior Data Engineer Location: Jordan Job: Permanent We are working with a leading business within web 3.0 who are looking to expand their Data Engineering teams in Jordan The role:
- You will be working across: ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, BI, Data Infrastructure
- Implement new technology to leverage data across the business
- You will be working very closely with the BI platform
- Partner with marketing/community teams, and finance team to solve problems, and design data processes
- Design, manage, and support the data infrastructure
- 3 - 5 years experience in a Data Engineering role
- Excellent knowledge of AWS services
- String ETL experience
- Expert in BI toolsets
- Hands-on experience working with databases, i.e. AWS MySQL, DynamoDB.
- Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure as a Code (AWS Cloudformation, Terraform).
- Previous experience of working with products that have regular releases through automated CI / CD processes
- Experience working with and developing continuous integration (CI) and continuous development (CD) environments
