We are seeking a highly accurate and efficient Data Encoder to join our team for a critical 6-month project, with the strong possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. This role is ideal for experienced professionals currently residing in the GCC region who possess a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) and work permit, allowing for immediate legal employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and maintaining large volumes of data with meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently input data from various sources (e.g., physical documents, digital files) into designated systems and databases.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all data handled.
Organize and manage data files and documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and prevent loss.
Generate basic reports or summaries as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and project targets are met.
Adhere to established data entry procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrable experience as a Data Encoder or in a similar data entry/administrative role.
GCC Region Expertise:
MUST currently reside in a GCC country (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait) and have proven work experience within the region.
Visa & Work Permit:
Possess a
valid, transferable NOC (No Objection Certificate)
and a
valid work permit
, enabling immediate and legal employment. Candidates requiring sponsorship for visa/work permit should not apply.
Skills:
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high WPM (Words Per Minute) rate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with data management software and databases.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). Arabic proficiency is a plus.
