Job Description
Looking for Data Controller (Accounts Background) Arabic speaker to
Overseeing data processing activities to ensure compliance with data privacy laws, which includes determining the purposes and means of processing personal data. Key responsibilities include maintaining data accuracy and security, implementing technical and organizational measures, and managing data subject rights like access and erasure requests. The role also requires handling data processing records and managing data breaches when they occur. Key responsibilities
Determining processing purposes:
Deciding why and how personal data will be collected and used.Ensuring legal compliance:
Making sure all data processing is lawful, fair, transparent, and adheres to principles like data minimization and purpose limitation.Maintaining data accuracy:
Ensuring personal data is accurate and kept up-to-date.Implementing security measures:
Putting in place technical and organizational security to protect data and prevent risks.Managing data subject rights:
Handling requests from individuals to access, correct, or delete their data.Handling consent:
Obtaining, managing, and revoking consent for data processing.Record keeping:
Maintaining records of all data processing activities and documenting data breaches.Overseeing data processors:
Ensuring that any third-party processors comply with data protection laws and follow the controller's instructions.Required skills and knowledge
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations. Technical skills to oversee data processing systems and security protocols. Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and apply them to business practices. Excellent organizational skills to manage records and processes. Strong communication skills to interact with individuals, internal teams, and supervisory authorities.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
