We are in need of 1 onsite Data Center Operator who will monitor and provide first level first level technical support on IT Infrastructure Facilities, Windows and Unix servers hosted in T1, T2, T3 & DR Data Centers and other remote locations. Provide daily updates on infrastructure related events to management for review and decision making.
Following skill set is required to perform Data Center Day to Day operations with 2 - 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
Bachelor's degree in information technology / MCA
Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)
Specialized training on Windows and Unix Essentials
IT Systems/Architecture Knowledge
Knowledge of IT Service Support Functions
Knowledge of Data Center Facilities
Knowledge of Unix & Windows Operating System
Knowledge of Backup infrastructure
Knowledge of virtualization
Valid UAE driving License
