As a Data Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting business requirements related to data analytics with the business to prioritize business use cases and information needs and work closely with the Data Product Owner, Data Engineering & Analytics team to deliver the business requirements & Business Use Cases:
You job scope will also include:

Working closely with the business team to understand their problem statements and propose solutions
Managing multiple stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
Supporting and leading requirements workshops sessions
Transforming complex business problems into product epics, features and user stories
Working closely with data development and QA teams to ensure quality of delivery
Demonstrating entrepreneurial drive and lead/ideate new initiatives within the product management practice
Supporting business proposals leveraging using your industry experience
Helping develop reports and analysis
Supporting initiatives for data integrity
Supporting initiatives for data governance
Function as a support to the data products lead and liaise with technical delivery teams and key business stakeholders to build roadmap for analytics use cases and delivery of data driven services to customers and colleagues
Develop data models and visualizations that provide brand and digital colleagues with omnichannel views of business performance
Ensure analytic views are intuitive, timely, performant and persisted

KEY STAKEHOLDERS:

Adds direct value to brands teams, Digital Hub product owners, Loyalty, eCommerce
Works with data engineers, data scientists, IT data source owners, external data providers, Data & Analytics leaders, Data & Analytics community of practice

KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Retail experience including data and analytics. Good understanding of full lifecycle of data products development
Understand how our colleagues want to work with data, and what they need to do their work effectively and efficiently, and translate those requirements into technical development tasks
MSFT Power BI and Power Apps; highly competent in SQL
Data visualization best practices including template usage, decision science methods
Experience in working with Agile methodology or equivalent waterfall methodologies
Ability to interpret many kinds of data and provide analytical expertise in responding to complex, specialized report requests requiring higher-level data analysis and data management services
