Role Tire 2 Lead Consultant

Loaction : Dubai

• More than 7-9 years of experience . Bachelors or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline - Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics etc - Experience working in Data Analytics or Business Analytics role - Experience working with large amounts of data using SQL, Hive, or any statistical packages
• Work with a team of high performing data science professionals, and cross-functional business partners to identify business opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, drive product road map or go to market strategy
• Build automated data dashboards and visualizations to deliver business insights to the senior leadership team
• Understand business problems and provide data-driven solutions for those problems
• Requirement Gathering - collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and share with the technical team.
• Gap Analysis - Understand and analyzed business process flows and impact on technology flows and translated regulatory/functional requirements into functional technical requirement documents.
• Feasibility Analysis- Analyze the requirements to define scope and evaluate technical feasibility
• Data Mapping - Create functional data mapping documents and preliminary designs as per the final requirements and business expectations
• Knowledge Transfer: Collaborate with business stake holders and technology counterparts to ensure that their priorities and needs are met.
• Test case preparation: Create test cases based on signed off requirements and design to ensure the acceptance criteria is met
• Implementation Support: Support the Technical team to implement the user stories and validate their understanding of the requirements
• Develop statistical models and data-driven solutions to add lift to key performance metrics
• Initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Experience in data dashboarding and visualization tool like MicroStrategy, PowerBI or Qlik
• Experience in machine learning techniques like regression analysis, decision tree etc. a plus
• Knowhow of Agile Methodology and Azure devops is a plus
• Ability to analyse large datasets
• Ability to write comprehensive reports
