Main Focus Areas:

\xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Leading the design, development, and implementation of data architectures that align with technology and business strategies, including transitions and target operating states.

\xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Leading the data engineering team responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, data solutions and data infrastructure. This includes overseeing the development of processes, data integration frameworks, and data quality checks.

\xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Establishing and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and standards.

\xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Complying with regulatory requirements and implementing industry best practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across the organisation.

\xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Working with key stakeholders to understand their data needs or concerns and translate them into technical requirements.

\xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Providing guidance and expertise on data-related matters and driving alignment between data architecture, data engineering, our IT functions and business objectives or goals.

\xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Overseeing the development and maintenance of the data repositories that departments use to access and analyse data.

\xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Ensuring that data is available and structured in a way that promotes and delivers effective decision-making across the organisation.

\xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Defining and documenting frameworks, standards and models such as Data Modelling, Data Dictionaries, Master Data Management, Data Integration, Metadata Management and Data Operations.

\xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Effective stakeholder management and reporting, ensuring our stakeholders are well informed from executives through to those delivering and supporting business critical operational services.
