• Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities for analytics-driven value creation
• Drive analytics maturity across business units through best practices, standards, and frameworks
• Provide thought leadership on data analytics, visualization, and insight storytelling
• Lead and mentor analytics team members, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Contribute to large-scale digital and data transformation programs across the group
