Job Overview
The Data Analytics Developer will partner with cross-functional teams, including product owners and architects, to deliver scalable analytics solutions and insightful business reporting. The role involves managing BI platforms, ensuring data accuracy, reverse engineering from reports to sources, and driving the team toward high-performance analytics delivery aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for business value and completeness
• Build, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and data models using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Implement robust data reporting governance and support the administration of analytics platforms
• Estimate, scope, and deliver multiple data projects and reporting requirements
• Trace and reverse engineer reporting structures to validate and refine data pipelines
• Collaborate with internal/external teams on development, testing, and deployment of analytics solutions
• Develop workflows to integrate data from various sources including cloud, on-premises, and APIs
• Maintain data security and compliance across tools and platforms
• Provide support for licensing, platform upgrades, and tool administration

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
• Mandatory certifications in Alteryx and Power BI
• 5+ years in analytics/insights roles with hands-on development in fast-paced environments
• Strong SQL skills and reverse engineering abilities
• Knowledge of cloud-based data analytics and Azure infrastructure
• Familiarity with Python or Scala preferred
• Advantageous to hold certifications in Azure Data Engineering or Cloud Fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to lead data initiatives independently
