Responsible for analyzing restaurant sales, food cost, inventory, and operational data to improve profitability, reduce wastage, ensure compliance, and support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales, menu performance, and contribution margins
Monitor food cost, inventory consumption, wastage, and shrinkage
Review discounts, voids, cancellations, and POS activities
Track purchase trends, supplier pricing, and cost control
Support operational compliance, hygiene, and safety data review
Prepare dashboards and reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Reconcile data across POS, inventory, and accounting systems
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work with large transactional datasets.
Understanding of recipes, yield, food cost, and BoM (Bill of Materials).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience in restaurant/food service industry preferred.
