Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Creating a centre of truth for the analytics and metrics that measure the success of website, app and across all digital products or third-party platforms.
-Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
-Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
-Helping develop reports and analysis.
-Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
-Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
-Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
-Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
-Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
-Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
-Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Computer Skills

-An in-depth knowledge of App and Web analytics, especially Google Analytics (including GA4 and Firebase)
-You are an accomplished communicator, able to present results and analysis in with clarity, brevity, insight and visualisations that instantly paint the big picture.
-Experience of using BI tools such as PowerBI, Data Studio, Tableau, Airtable or similar.
-Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
-Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, layman terms.
-Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
-Knowledge of Python, R and statistical models using those code bases or tools is a distinct advantage

Language Skills

-Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
