Job Title: Data Analyst Manager

Location: International City, Phase 2, Dubai

Job Type: Full-time, 6 Days a Week

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst Manager to lead our dynamic team in International City, Dubai. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the data analysis process and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to achieve departmental objectives and enhance individual performance.
• Data Analysis: Utilize your extensive experience in data analysis to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools is crucial.
• Business Analytics: Apply your expertise in business analytics to interpret trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to overall business strategy.
• Marketing Analytics: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends, providing valuable insights for optimization.
• Real-time Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of managing successful teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools. Strong understanding of statistical methods.
• Location: Based in Dubai, with the ability to work in International City, Phase 2.
• Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
