Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights, helping our organization make informed strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency with data tools, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical data and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Preparation
: Identify, collect, clean, and organize data from primary/secondary sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.Data Analysis
: Apply statistical techniques and data mining to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, patterns, and correlations.Reporting & Visualization
: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to present findings clearly.Database Management
: Design, maintain, and manage databases and data collection systems.Collaboration
: Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Operations) to understand data requirements and deliver insights.Process Improvement
: Recommend and implement new technologies and methodologies to optimize data collection and analysis processes.Quality Assurance
: Monitor data quality and resolve data-related errors and issues.Experience
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Experience in managing and developing reports and databases.
