Job Summary

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves generating reports, dashboards, and insights that help improve business performance, identify trends, and support strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean and validate data from multiple internal and external sources Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Interpret data insights and present findings to management in a clear and concise manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and IT to support business objectives Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling where required Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data security policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role Strong knowledge of Excel with advanced functions, PivotTables, Power Query Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio Experience with SQL for querying databases Knowledge of Python or R is an added advantage Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
