Job Title: Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, generate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Create dynamic and interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel for real-time project tracking. Consolidate data from various sources (Oracle HCM, project management software, Excel sheets from sites) into a unified reporting format. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all management reports. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot system issues, manage user access, and implement system upgrades. Train end-users (project managers, site engineers, store managers) on effective use of MIS tools and ERP modules. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement (e.g., cost overruns, schedule delays, resource allocation inefficiencies). Perform ad-hoc data analysis as requested by senior management to support strategic initiatives and bid proposals. Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and present them clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Identify gaps in current data collection and reporting processes and recommend solutions to automate and streamline them. Work with department heads to define their MIS needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. Standardize reporting formats and data definitions across projects to ensure consistency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Charts, Power Query). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (ORACLE HCM).
