Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear data visualizations and presentations. Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions. Monitor and track KPIs to support decision-making and performance improvement. Document processes, methodologies, and findings for transparency and repeatability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI or equivalent). Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros). Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages is a plus. Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments

and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with

Azure DevOps

for project tracking and work management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.. Understanding of business operations in healthcare.
