Job Description

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data across the clinic. This includes building clear dashboards, tracking KPIs like patients, chair utilization, revenue, and inquiries, and leveraging AI tools to streamline reporting and discover opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including clinical and marketing systems. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (patients, inquiries, chair occupancy, cancellations, revenue, etc.). Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, BI Copilot, automation platforms) to improve efficiency in reporting and analysis. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities across patient flow, marketing ROI, and treatment performance. Collaborate with management and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making. Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role. Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, advanced formulas). Knowledge of SQL for querying structured data. Proficiency in BI & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.). Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in reporting, automation, and insights. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders. Strong business sense, ideally with exposure to healthcare or service industry KPIs.

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with R4 Dental Software (not mandatory, but a strong plus). Background in healthcare/dental industry analytics. Knowledge of basic Python/R for automation or advanced analysis. Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar).
