We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Data Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing large data sets to help drive strategic decision-making and business growth. If you are passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (internal and external). Analyze data trends, patterns, and correlations to provide actionable insights. Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions. Work closely with business, marketing, and operations teams to identify data needs. Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. Provide insights for process improvements, cost savings, and performance optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (entry-level candidates with strong skills may also apply). Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to present complex data in a simple, actionable manner. Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
