Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst who can turn complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools. Identify trends, correlations, and patterns to support business strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and KPIs. Perform statistical analysis and create predictive models when required. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security. Present findings and recommendations to management in clear, concise reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques. Experience working with large datasets and data cleaning. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for presenting complex data in simple terms.

Preferred Skills

(Nice to Have)

Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages. Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing. Background in [industry-related experience, e.g., e-commerce, finance, healthcare].
