Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing

Power BI reports and dashboards

that communicate complex data insights in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders across various departments. Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including

Microsoft Dynamics

and external databases, to provide insights that drive business decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure data integrity and timely updates. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis and report findings. Provide ongoing support and training for team members on using Power BI reports and dashboards. Assist in the design and optimization of the overall data architecture, ensuring that data pipelines are efficient and meet business needs. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement data governance and ensure data security standards are followed. Ensure that Microsoft Dynamics is properly integrated into reporting and analytics workflows.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience

working as a

Data Analyst

, with a focus on

Power BI

. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with

Microsoft Dynamics

or other

ERP systems

. Strong proficiency in

SQL

for data extraction, manipulation, and query optimization. Experience with data visualization best practices and translating business requirements into meaningful insights. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in automating reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of advanced data analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay: AED2,600.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
