Some of the key responsibilities for this role * Collect and organize data from various sources, including point-of-sale (MICROS POS) systems, reservation platforms, customer feedback channels, and financial records.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to sales performance, customer behavior, menu preferences, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze menu performance data to identify popular dishes, profitable items, and opportunities for menu optimization and innovation.
- Segment guest data based on demographics, dining behavior, and preferences to identify target audiences and personalize marketing campaigns, promotions.
- Conduct operational performance analysis, including labor cost analysis, inventory management, and supply chain optimization, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address operational challenges.
