The Data Analyst supports the Corporate Strategy team by performing detailed data analysis across multiple business domains, including finance, operations, clinical performance, and market trends. The role involves preparing clean datasets, creating automated reports, and delivering insights that guide senior management and strategic teams. The ideal candidate is proficient in analytical tools, has a deep understanding of data governance, and possesses the communication skills to translate complex information into clear business narratives. The position requires collaboration across departments to support cross-functional projects and performance measurement.
Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from internal and external sources to ensure data quality and readiness for analysis.
• Perform statistical analysis and generate insights that help inform corporate strategy, business planning, and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Work closely with business units and strategy leaders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support key performance indicator (KPI) tracking and benchmarking efforts across multiple departments.
• Analyze business processes and performance data to identify areas of improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor data to support business development and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to ensure data security, compliance, and best practices in data management.
• Assist in scenario modeling, forecasting, and budgeting exercises based on data-driven assumptions.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for strategic initiatives, board presentations, and executive reporting.
• Automate recurring reports and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain data documentation and ensure consistency in terminology and metric definitions across reports.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to help stakeholders understand underlying trends and anomalies in datasets.
• Train business users on self-service analytics tools and promote data literacy within the organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:
Education and Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Certifications in data analytics or BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or Google Analytics) are preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficient in data analysis, statistics, and visualization tools and techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and data governance principles.
• Ability to interpret and present complex data in a simple and meaningful way for business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
