Job Summary

We're looking for a

Data Analyst

to support data-driven decision-making across Rize. In this role, you'll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to help analyze data, build reports, and maintain dashboards that track business performance.


This role is ideal for

early-career analysts or fresh graduates

who are eager to learn, grow, and apply data skills in a real-world FinTech environment.

What will you be doing?

Support analysis of business and product data under guidance from senior team members. Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards using

Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau

. Write and optimize basic

SQL queries

to extract and validate data. Use

Excel

to clean, organize, and analyze datasets. Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and data inconsistencies. Help ensure data accuracy and quality across reports. Collaborate with teams (Product, Operations, Risk, Sales) to understand data needs. Document data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic.

You're a perfect match if you have

1-2 years of experience

as a Data Analyst, or a strong academic/project background. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Basic knowledge of

SQL and Excel

. Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (

Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau

). Basic understanding of data analysis concepts (KPIs, trends, data quality). Willingness to learn

Python

for data analysis (hands-on experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Fluency in Arabic

and basic English reading/communication skills.
