Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the development and maintenance of procurement-related dashboards and reports by analyzing supplier performance data, KPIs, and risk indicators in alignment with procurement lifecycle stages. Collect, validate, and analyze data from different sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management processes. Collaborate with stakeholders across DCT to respond to data requests, extract relevant insights, and support data-informed decision-making. Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to define and extract data from multiple systems for use in operational and strategic reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category managers, sourcing, and supplier performance teams to align data outputs with procurement goals and project requirements. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to measure vendor SLAs, procurement KPIs, and compliance metrics, ensuring data integrity and clarity. Create insightful reports that highlight process inefficiencies, supplier performance gaps, or risk areas within the procurement lifecycle. Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing reporting processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to metrics, visualizations, or data collection methods, applying knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle to contextualize reporting outputs and support business process analysis. Support the delivery of other procurement and sourcing services including spend analysis, supplier performance management, productivity and efficiency tracking, and resource utilization. Participate in stakeholder engagement efforts to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the supply management function. Shared Activity : Oversee the design, development, and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, security, and regression testing. Drive the implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and coverage. Collaborate with development teams to integrate QA best practices in DevOps pipelines. Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring their timely resolution. Oversee the maintenance of test environments and data management strategies. Communication and Business Relationships: Internal External Contractors Freelancers Government and private entities Qualifications: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree (MasteraEUR(TM)s preferred) in Business Administration, Procurement, or relevant field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain data analysis or relevant roles. Skills: Proficiency in English (full professional level in speaking and writing); Arabic is desirable. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strategic thinking aligned with organizational goals. Knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. Proficient in Power BI and automation tools. Familiarity with data analytics and validation techniques.
