Job Description

IIQAF is looking for an innovative and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working with our marketing team to analyze, interpret and identify trends in data to help us develop and adjust our marketing strategy. You will also help us optimize our system architecture and make sure that the organization\xe2\x80\x99s data and analytics are properly aligned.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and then develop insights to drive business decisions

Utilize data-driven techniques to identify ways to optimize marketing data to improve performance

Set up and maintain databases and data storage systems

Develop reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights and to assist in the analysis of data

Work with complex datasets, applying analytical and statistical techniques to develop actionable insights

Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and useability

Develop processes to ensure high data quality

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and adjust metrics and plans accordingly

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in data analytics, data science or related field

Advanced MS Excel and SQL skills

Strong knowledge of data mining, machine learning, natural language processing and data visualization

Ability to analyze complex data structures and identify trends and relationships

Outstanding written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders

Highly organized and detail oriented

Proactive and action oriented

Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines
