About Us:

leading contracting company spec installation, and commissioning of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) currently looking for an experienced and proactive site/implementation Engineer to lead and oversee our DAS projects from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise on-site teams for the installation, testing, and commissioning of DAS systems.

Ensure all tasks comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate and communicate with engineers, project stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients. Conduct site inspections, site survey, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver timely, effective solutions. Manage and maintain all project documentation including site folders, work progress reports, and material tracking. Handle all client correspondence and ensure professional communication at every stage of the project.
Train, guide, and evaluate technicians and junior staff on proper installation and maintenance procedures.

Ensure all work aligns with local codes, industry standards, and client expectations.
Collect, consolidate, and present technical and managerial reports to senior management.Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Certification in project management or telecommunications is a plus. UAE driving licence holder

Experience:

5-10 years proven experience managing DAS system projects.

Strong knowledge of DAS installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning procedures. Experience in leading technical teams and managing multi-site operations.

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
