The Dance Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering dance lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and encourage artistic development. The role also includes student assessment, classroom management, and contributing to school events and productions. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality arts education. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured dance lessons aligned with CBSE and IGCSE curriculum standards
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and performance projects tailored to student levels
• Create a safe, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback on progress and skills
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, student progress, and resources
• Contribute to school events, cultural festivals, and stage performances
• Use assessment results to adapt teaching methods and support individual learning needs
• Guide students on artistic development and educational goals
• Collaborate with faculty and participate in school functions and professional development

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dance along with a B.Ed (Distance and Open University degrees not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in CBSE or IGCSE curriculum
• Strong command of classroom management and student engagement techniques
• Effective use of IT tools for lesson planning and performance evaluation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate consideration
