Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain D365 F&O solutions, focusing on Retail and POS modules.
Build and manage integrations between D365 F&O and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports for sales, inventory, and operational metrics.
Work closely with retail stakeholders and functional consultants to convert business needs into technical deliverables.
Support both real-time and batch integrations involving D365 F&O and third-party platforms.
Ensure seamless data flow and accuracy between POS, back-office, and reporting systems.
Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Maintain technical documentation, including design specs and deployment guides.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX.
Deep knowledge of X++, AOT, integrations, and extension frameworks.
Hands-on experience with D365 Retail module, including POS integration and store processes.
Proficiency with Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Strong skills in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with REST APIs, OData, LCS, and Azure DevOps.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
