Job Description

A global technology and business services organization delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives across various industries. The company is seeking a Finance Functional Consultant to support major finance transformation programs and strengthen the organization's financial operations, reporting, and compliance capabilities.
Responsibilities:

• Lead finance digital transformation initiatives, including business process analysis, requirements gathering, and fit-gap assessments.
• Design and oversee scalable finance solutions aligned with best practices and international financial reporting standards.
• Configure and support core finance functions such as payables, receivables, general ledger, fixed assets, cash and bank management, budgeting, and financial consolidation.
• Support treasury-related processes including cash positioning, liquidity management, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure alignment with statutory and regulatory requirements by delivering accurate financial statements, reconciliations, and compliance-driven reporting.
• Coordinate integrations, data migration cycles, validations, and reconciliations across finance systems in collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-level finance transformation programs.
• Deep functional expertise in finance and accounting with strong understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• Proven ability to support statutory reporting, VAT processes, reconciliations, audits, and financial compliance initiatives.
• Strong capability in business process design, solution architecture, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting integrations with external reporting, treasury, or regulatory systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
