About the Role

Hashtag Technologies FZCO is seeking an experienced

Cybersecurity Specialist

to support enterprise-level AI and IT infrastructure projects for

Lenovo

. This role involves safeguarding digital assets, implementing cybersecurity frameworks, and ensuring the protection of data, AI models, and cloud environments across global operations.

You will work in close coordination with Lenovo's cybersecurity, compliance, and AI governance teams to strengthen security posture and risk resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement cybersecurity controls for

AI-enabled systems, networks, and cloud platforms

. Conduct

vulnerability assessments

,

penetration tests

, and

threat modeling

for enterprise systems. Develop and maintain

incident response

and

business continuity

plans. Align all cybersecurity operations with frameworks such as

NIST, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust Architecture

. Collaborate with AI teams to secure

data pipelines, APIs, and model training environments

. Monitor and report on

cyber threats

,

attack vectors

, and

compliance risks

. Ensure adherence to

global data privacy standards

(GDPR, UAE PDPL, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's in

Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Computer Science

.

5-10 years

of experience in cybersecurity within enterprise or multinational environments. Expertise in

cloud security (Azure / AWS / GCP)

,

network defense

, and

endpoint protection

. Solid understanding of

AI/ML system security

and

data protection principles

. Certifications preferred:

CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 LA

. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
