Align Staffing Solutions, currently seeking a

Cyber Security Policy Expert

to join one of our prestigious clients based in Dubai. The position includes comprehensive benefits package employment visa, medical life insurance and annual ticket allowance.

Role: Develop cybersecurity standards, certification schemes, and ensures compliance with Information Security Regulation (ISR). The role supports Government- wide security practices, audits and strategic alignment with global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement cybersecurity standards and certification programs across Government entities.

Conduct ISR audits, risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Analyze global cybersecurity practices to advise leadership and improve local policies.

Provide expert guidance, training and support to stakeholders on cybersecurity compliance and best practices.

Experience & Qualification:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in developing implementing cyber security standards and certification programs with expertise in audit methodologies and techniques.

At least 5 years of experience in a government or private sector environment.

Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) and regulatory compliance.

Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, CFE, ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent.

Salary: AED 19,000-22,000
