We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Cyber Security Engineer – Honeywell Connected Enterprises to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will oversee the successful deployment and support of Honeywell \ NextNine’s production solutions at our worldwide customer base, working closely with R&D to support software releases, ensure faultless implementations, and maximize customer satisfaction levels. What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?- Deploying and managing customer production environments.
- Taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with R&D engineers, technical account managers and product management.
- Investigating support cases, performing root cause analysis, and offering in-depth solutions.
- Installation and upgrade system components in both development and production environments.
- Developing processes and automation tools for the support team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field such as Computer Science, Computer information systems, electronics
- Proven previous experience in Network Systems Engineering.
- Knowledge in networking.
- Knowledge in IT.
- Knowledge of scripting, Perl, VB and Oracle stored procedures.
- Knowledge of Oracle DB.
- Working with Linux, Unix.
- Experience with web applications, Web Services and .Net applications, Apache Tomcat.
- Experience in customer support
