The Customs PRO will be responsible for ensuring that all goods imported and exported comply with the applicable customs regulations in the GCC. Duties will include preparing customs clearance documents, ensuring accurate classification of goods and arranging for the payment of customs duties. The successful candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and ensure that all employees are aware of any updates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customs PRO to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customs clearance services, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and related services for customers in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the timely clearance of cargo at customs offices in GCC countries.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations and other documents for import, export, and transit shipments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations in GCC countries.
• Monitor and track cargo movements in compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other parties to ensure efficient customs clearance.
• Resolve customs-related disputes.
• Provide advice and support to customers regarding customs procedures.
• Handle inquiries and complaints from customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of customs processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Customs.
• Proven experience as a Customs PRO in GCC countries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and the local language of the relevant GCC country.
