Customs Co-worker - Emirates Logistics LLC, Dubai
Position Overview
Emirates Logistics LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Customs Co-worker to handle documentation, data entry, and customs clearance processes efficiently. This role is crucial for ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound BOE accurately and on time.
• Handle DP World payment processing within the same day of BOE/ED date.
• Download, merge, and organize inbound and outbound documentation within specified timelines.
• Maintain and update customs-related data in the EL master file, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• File non-remittance claims within two days of receiving final SWB.
• Ensure BL for consumables shipments is checked and updated promptly.
• Track and verify correctness of all customs documents before submission.
• Update invoices, EDI data, and ensure files are properly saved in the common folder.
• Follow up on escalated issues and resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Support inbound and outbound teams to meet performance KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures for timely clearance of shipments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customs documentation or logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Dubai Trade systems.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, alert, and able to meet tight deadlines.
