We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Customs Clearance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all shipments are cleared through customs in a timely manner and with minimal issues. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit documents required for customs clearance.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and other third parties to ensure all customs requirements are met.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure clearances are successful.
- Resolve any customs related issues that may arise.
- Negotiate with customs authorities to achieve the best-possible clearance results. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay up-to-date on all customs regulations in the UAE and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Ensure all UAE certificates are obtained in a timely manner.
- Travel to borders to ensure successful border-to-border clearance.
- Maintain records of all customs related activities.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in international trade, logistics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customs clearance.
- Well-versed
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
