We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customs Broker / Operation specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Key responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Preparing all types of Customs declarations in Dubai trade Mirsal II portal ( FZ Transit Out, FZ Internal transfer, Import to Local from FZ, Import for Re-Export \xc2\xb7 Process all the documentation related to export such as BOE processing \xc2\xb7 Preparing certificate of origin, \xc2\xb7 Process all the permits and coordination with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, MOFA, MOCCAE etc. \xc2\xb7 Liaison with different shipping line, agent and forwarder regards to the export/import shipment and negotiate with shipping and forwarding company and get the best quote from the shipping line \xc2\xb7 Place bookings, follow up and submit Shipping instructions \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Physical document submission \xc2\xb7 Process customs inspection if needed, receiving DO from airilines/shipping lines, submit documents to the counter \xc2\xb7 Arranging trucks and pick-ups if required \xc2\xb7 Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Request prices and quotations from Shipping and Airlines \xc2\xb7 Track orders and shipments to provide accurate information to customers. \xc2\xb7 Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address any delays or issues. \xc2\xb7 Create and manage necessary documentation, such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents. Skills: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of a High School Diploma \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years of experience in Import and Export \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills \xc2\xb7 Highly developed attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Excellent time management skills \xc2\xb7 UAE driving license is a must Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month
