Service Scope
The role involves providing executive search services and the outsourcing of qualified personnel who are directly employed by the Consultant and assigned to work on specific projects at ADCB.
Job Purpose
To manage ProTrade and FinTrade application testing, deliver appropriate training, services, and solutions to customers, and enhance customer satisfaction while contributing to the bank's digital index objectives.
Job Role
The employee will be responsible for system testing, customer engagement, reporting, issue resolution, and support related to ProTrade and FinTrade platforms, in alignment with ADCB's digital transformation goals.
Self-Management
Manage work in accordance with organizational people management practices
Ensure adherence to procedures and standards
Maximize personal contribution to overall business and project performance
