Job Description

xPage, an AI-powered eCommerce platform based in Agadir, is looking for a motivated intern to join us for a 3-month pre-employment role combining Customer Support and Quality Assurance Testing.

This role is essential as we prepare for launch. You'll help ensure users have a smooth experience while also identifying bugs and usability issues before each release.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance



Test features in pre-production before pushing to production Report bugs and issues using Jira or Trello Validate key flows like checkout, onboarding, and store creation Work closely with the product and dev teams to ensure stability

Customer Support



Respond to user questions and issues via chat or support tools Track feedback from users and report patterns to the team Assist users during onboarding and setup

Requirements



Strong attention to detail and communication skills Comfortable using digital tools and documenting issues Organized, proactive, and willing to learn Basic experience in QA or support is a plus but not required
