Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at
  • all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels including CRM and whatsapp
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out to solve queries within the given TAT
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirement:
  • Excellent Communication Skills and command over English
  • Prior experience in using any CRM
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
