Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive with a background in the real estate development industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers in navigating the real estate development process, including providing information on available properties, payment plans, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting customer events and property viewings as needed.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working Monday to Friday: 1pm to 9pm, Saturday: 10am to 3pm.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and accommodate customer schedules.
  • Prior experience in the real estate development industry is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
