Customer Support Executive (preferred Own Visa)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and issues are resolved efficiently and with professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the relevant department when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Assist customers with product/service information, order processing, and returns/refunds. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for process improvement. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Achieve individual and team targets related to customer satisfaction and response time.

Qualifications and Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer support or service role is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with customer support software (CRM systems, helpdesk tools) is desirable. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
