Customer Support Engineer Required for a Company In Dubai. Job description:

• Create mailbox, configure outlook web access, backup and restore mail
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting ProfitAcc ERP software in client machine.
• Training to the end user in ProfitAcc ERP Software
• Creating and managing Active Directory resources such as user AD account, Groups
• configuring and administrating Windows based services DNS, DHCP
• Configuring and administrating SonicWall Firewall to ensure network security.
• Installation and configuration of SonicWall global VPN client.
• Upgrading firmware for Sonic Wall firewall, creating restriction policies and monitoring network traffic.
• Configure Monitor & Maintain the Routers, Switches & Firewalls.
• Administrating NAS storage devices (WD Cloud) for backup.
• Installation, patching and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2012, Client OS 7/8/10
• Administrating and managing office 365, 2010 and 2013
• Administration of Mobiles and Tablets, Android, IOS and windows
• Installation/Configuration of Kaspersky anti-virus for endpoints and Server. Customize Security policy, anti-spam and end user quarantine setup
• Defining and implementing policies for password restriction, account lockout, password expiry etc.
• Assign the permission to users to use folders in server.
• Installation and configuration of Print servers, Network Printers, Share printer and assigning user rights to the printers
• Administrating Finger Print Access Control System
• Configuration of Port Forwarding and DDNS
• Troubleshoot and resolve software / hardware, OS related issues and Network technical issues with end user groups.
• Software installations, network maintenance and Help desk support

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
